Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Crew Members to join our restaurant team. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
- Serve customers with professionalism, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Helping to cook and prepare some items for customer meals
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen surfaces in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely order completion during busy periods
- Follow all food handling and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards
- Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation, serving, and food safety practices is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Kitchen experience or restaurant experience is beneficial but not mandatory
- Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and food handling safety
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
