Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and home improvement, demonstrating proficiency in various installation tasks. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet high-quality standards and adhere to safety regulations.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine installation requirements.
- Install drywall, ensuring proper fitting and finishing techniques are applied.
- Perform maintenance person tasks including repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Apply caulking in appropriate areas to ensure weatherproofing and aesthetic finishes.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in installation, construction, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
- Proficiency in drywall installation techniques and finishing processes.
- Experience with maintenance person tasks, including minor repairs and maintenance work.
- Familiarity with caulking techniques for sealing gaps effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay rate will be based on experience and industry knowledge.
