We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Security Window Film & Caulking Technician to join our growing team. This position involves installing security window film, wet glazing systems, and professional caulking on residential and commercial projects.
The ideal candidate has experience working with glass, construction, window film, or caulking and takes pride in clean, high-quality work.
Responsibilities
- Install security and solar window film on residential and commercial glass
- Perform wet glazing and structural silicone caulking
- Prepare surfaces for film and caulking installation
- Measure, cut, and apply film accurately
- Remove old caulking and apply new sealants cleanly
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
Requirements
- Experience with window film installation or caulking a must
- Construction or glazing experience considered an asset
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Comfortable working on ladders and lifting materials
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
