Job Summary
The Padel Hub is seeking a motivated and experienced Padel Coach / Instructor to join our public padel facility in Victoria, BC.
This is an excellent opportunity for a coach who enjoys working with players of all skill levels, is passionate about growing the sport of padel, and wants the flexibility to build and develop their own client base within a professional and welcoming environment.
The successful candidate will be professional, reliable, energetic, and committed to helping players improve their skills while contributing to the continued growth of the local padel community.
Responsibilities
- Provide private and group padel lessons.
- Teach padel techniques, tactics, positioning, rules, and match-play strategies.
- Create a positive, engaging, and professional experience for all participants.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
- Manage lesson scheduling and availability.
- Support the growth and development of the padel community at The Padel Hub.
- Promote coaching services and assist in attracting new players and clients.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere that reflects the values of The Padel Hub.
Qualifications
- Padel coaching certification is preferred.
- Previous experience coaching padel is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, rules, and game strategy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage personal scheduling.
- An existing client base is considered a strong asset.
- Availability during evenings and weekends is an asset.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with significant earning potential.
- Coaches receive 60% of all lesson revenue.
- The Padel Hub retains 40% of lesson revenue.
- No base salary is provided.
- Earnings will depend on the number of lessons delivered and the coach’s ability to attract and retain clients.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is passionate about padel, enjoys coaching players of all levels, and wants to be involved in a growing padel community in Victoria.
Experience delivering private lessons, group lessons, beginner clinics, junior programs, or maintaining an existing client base will be considered a strong advantage. Certification and a commitment to providing a high-quality coaching experience are highly valued.
Work Location: In Person – 356 Harbour Road, Victoria, BC.
Pay: $17.85-$30.00 per hour
