We are a wealth management team at Manulife Wealth, working with high-net-worth clients across Canada. We are looking for an experienced, English-speaking telemarketer with an exceptional phone voice and proven confidence on the phone. This role is ideal for someone who is disciplined, driven, and motivated by performance.
About the Role
You will be responsible for making outbound calls, following a clear pitch, managing follow-ups, and booking appointments for our advisory team. This position is highly lucrative for candidates who stay focused, produce consistent results, and maintain strong calling habits.
We provide CRM access, calling systems, scripts, and full support. Your job is to execute consistently, communicate clearly, and maintain a professional tone with high-net-worth individuals.
What We're Looking For
- Strong, confident English-speaking voice (clear, calm, and professional)
- Experience in telemarketing, customer outreach, or phone-based sales
- Familiarity with wealth management or financial services (strong asset)
- Ability to follow scripts, handle objections, and execute structured follow-ups
- Highly disciplined, reliable, and focused on producing results
- Comfortable with technology: CRM, calling software, email, workflow tools
- Ability to make 100–150 quality outbound calls per day + weekly touchpoints
- Excellent internet connection, quality headset, and a quiet workspace
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with daily/weekly KPIs
Compensation
- Base salary
- Significant variable compensation tied to performance (very lucrative for top performers)
Important – Voice Screening Required
Because voice quality is essential for this role, you must submit a short voice recording (phone call sample, intro, or pre-screen answers).
