Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various properties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective cleaning results.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of facilities, including restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and any maintenance issues observed.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
- Experience in residential/commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management.
- Physical capability to stand, crouch, bend and lift as required for the role.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
