REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess a college diploma or certificate in engineering, science, or a related technical field, or equivalent training/ experience.
- Must have sixty (60) months of experience supporting weapon system maintainers in the use of an Electronic Record Keeping System (ERKS), where supporting is defined as any Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) function.
- Must have forty-eight (48) months of experience administrating and coordinating SAP user account requests, using the following applications: SAP Solution Manager, AND SAP Workforce Management.
- Have twenty-four (24) months of experience within a defence aviation maintenance environment.
TASKS:
- Providing site management support to all DRMIS users;
- Performing business analyses of functional requirements to identify DRMIS User information, procedures, and decision flows;
- Monitoring and correcting DRMIS users profile changes;
- Evaluating existing procedures and methods, identifying and documenting item additions or corrections to perform routine related operational activities;
- Applying and recording work in document management in accordance with the Government Standards;
- Following applicable work procedures (e.g., Quality Management Systems procedures); and
- Any other Work that is related to the Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) Operations Support Specialist category.
Must be a citizen of Canada.
