Woody’s RV World Red Deer is looking for a customer-focused Parts Associate to join our team.
In this role, you’ll support customers, service technicians, and sales team by helping coordinate parts, inventory, and service-related communication in a fast-paced dealership environment. Whether assisting customers at the counter, organizing inventory, or supporting service operations, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer experience.

Bonus If You Have These:
- Previous RV or automotive parts experience
- Experience with inventory or service management systems
- Experience with Integrated Dealer System (IDS)
- Post-secondary education in business, logistics, or a related field
What You Will Do:
- Assist customers and service technicians in person, online, and over the phone
- Process parts sales, returns, exchanges, and customer payments
- Update work orders while maintaining accurate records
- Work closely with Service, Shop, and Sales teams to prioritize and coordinate work
- Coordinate the ordering, receiving, stocking, transfer, and delivery of parts and supplies
- Prepare quotes, estimates, and communicate repairs or maintenance recommendations to customers
- Maintain organized inventory and equipment records
- Support dealership opening/closing duties and general administrative tasks
- Ensure all work and pricing approvals are confirmed with customers before work begins
What We Offer
- Compensation range of $17.00- $21.00 per hour, plus commission, based on experience and qualifications
- Regular hours of work are Tuesday to Friday, 8:30 am -5:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pm; 40 hours per week
