What This Job Offers:

Basic Job Function:
- Manage sanitation program including documentation and training
- Coordinate and schedule the activities of the sanitation department
- Manage sanitation chemical program including training
- Communicate with day shift about issues and concerns
- Assist with maintenance as it pertains to the sanitation department
- Manage work meet all regulatory standards (SFCR, FMSA, GFSI, etc.)
- Participate on HACCP Team
- Ensure compliance with Pre-Requisite Programs including GMPs
- Ensure compliance with OHSA
- Manual cleaning as required
- Perform other related duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
- Minimum 5 years Team Lead/Supervisor experience
- Experience in food manufacturing sanitation and/or cleaning and/or chemical handling
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient computer skills for management of documents and management programs
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to support job-related duties.
- Ability for lifting, climbing, bending etc.,
