POSITION :
We are looking for an Experienced Inventory Specialist at our Toronto branch located in Mississauga.
RESPONSIBILITY :
*Including but not limited to:
- Coordinate daily 3PL operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and outbound distribution.
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventory checks in collaboration with warehouse and other teams, providing assistance when necessary.
- Monitor operational processes and drive improvements, while resolving issues related to inventory, shipments, and service execution.
- Manage assigned customer accounts and serve as the primary contact for customers and external partners.
- Support customer onboarding, account setup, and ongoing account maintenance activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for management covering inventory status, variances, and performance results, including analysis of discrepancies, root causes, and corrective actions.
- Support sales and business development activities by identifying customer needs and contributing to logistics solutions.
- Assist with special projects and provide leadership support as required or assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2years+ Experience in the logistics industry
- Possess exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and precision
- Ability to identify and address potential issues before they escalate
- Post-secondary degree or diploma
- Must be fluent both Korean and English
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
