We are looking for an Accounting Admin Assistant to support our holding companies home office team. This role is in in the office, we will not consider remote applicants.
Key Responsibilities
· Daily posting, reconciliation, and schedule tracking
· Provide general administrative and clerical support
· Processing AP, AR, and bank deposits
· Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting
· Supporting controller and management team with reporting and analysis
· Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient workflows
Qualifications
· Experience in accounting software (Sage experience is an asset)
· Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Team-oriented attitude with a growth mindset
· Friendly and professional demeanor; external and internal communications
