Line Cook /prep cook — Wharf & Flame (Steveston Waterfront)
Wharf & Flame is a high-volume waterfront restaurant located in Steveston near the Fisherman’s Wharf. Our kitchen focuses on smoked meats and efficient, consistent service during busy periods.
We’re looking to bring on line cooks/prep cooks who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining consistency throughout service.
The Role
- Run a station with consistency and control during service
- Execute dishes accurately while managing ticket flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked station
- Support prep and setup as needed
Requirements
- Comfortable handling volume and maintaining pace
- Strong fundamentals (knife skills, timing, organization)
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
Preferred
- Grill or smoker experience
- Experience in high-volume service
- 2+ years kitchen experience
