Duties
- Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling according to client preferences
- Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and recommend suitable styles or products
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Upsell retail products to clients to support their hair care needs and enhance their experience
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a friendly and professional atmosphere
- Assist at the front desk with appointment scheduling, check-ins, and client inquiries as needed
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends and techniques through ongoing education and training
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and treatments
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Effective communication skills for consultations and team collaboration

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
