Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will reside in the Mountain View County /Red Deer County area and will play a crucial role in the growth of our Metal Recycling company through identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential commercial clients and customers.
Duties (Not limited to:)
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Reach out to potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, direct business solicitation, emails, and networking events
- Present, promote, our unique services to prospective customers
- Collaborate with the team to achieve business development goals through KPI's
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Skills
- Strong background in technical sales and business development
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in telemarketing and inside sales techniques
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on building rapport
- Strong sales acumen and the ability to communicate service benefits effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
