LOCATION : 1930 INNES ROAD
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of professional pastry experience
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, recipes, and production workflows
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent attention to detail, consistency, and presentation standards
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support daily pastry production for pastries
- Prepare, measure, and mix ingredients according to standardized recipes
- Operate and oversee baking equipments
- Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Train and guide junior bakers or assistants when needed
- Decorate, finish, and package products for display, retail, or catering orders
- Maintain strict cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards
- Manage ingredient usage, inventory control, and restocking
