Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years in the millwork industry/shop foreman experience
- Read and understand shop drawings
- Strongly motivated, good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Word and Excel, AutoCAD)
- Knowledge of cut lists and project management procedures.
- Knowledge of woodworking materials (Laminate,MDF, Melamines, Pe-lam..etc)

Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized shop with an efficient workflow pattern
- Keep track of stock hardware and notify order desk of any shortage
- Plan, layout and supervise all work of the shop
- Able to organize and prioritize projects effectively
- Supervise the operation and maintenance of woodworking equipment
- pre-construction meetings
