In this role you will be responsible for responding to and following through on inquiries surrounding warranty standings, activations, cancellations, refunds, holds, transfers, renewals, and other administrative considerations. The Client Service Representative will execute the applicable processes, completing all the required paperwork, ensuring due diligence is performed at every step while being mindful of regulatory requirements and company policies.
A successful Client Service Representative will be articulate, empathetic, understanding, and professional in responding to difficult situations and will possess a sound sense of judgement to ensure the right course of actions is always taken.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Liaise with all stakeholders, including Sales Representatives, dealerships, management, consumers & lienholders to ensure issues surrounding warranty administration are followed through upon or referred appropriately
- Provide support through phone and email correspondence to Sales Representatives, dealerships and consumers, documenting all communications
- Complete a variety of tasks surrounding warranty administration
- Adhere to department and company policies & procedures, ensuring department standards are met
- Other general office duties as necessary and/or as assigned
What you’ll need:
· An up-beat personality with a friendly voice and great conversation skills
· Strong and efficient communication skills, both written and verbal in English.
· Excellent problem solving and research ingenuity
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a group
· Great knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products, and ability to learn new programs
· A high level of organization and time management abilities
