Requirements:

A diploma in Developmental Services, Social Services Community Service Worker and Educational Assistance
A demonstrated commitment to the Mission, Vision and Values of the organization.
A minimum of 1-year experience supporting people with physical and intellectual disabilities, autism, mental health as well as challenging personal expression (behavior).
Experience in supporting people in their daily activities of their choice.
Knowledge and understanding of how to facilitate and support Person Centered Planning.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with computer applications an asset.
Must be available to work all shifts – days, evenings, nights and weekends.
