We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces, ensuring quality standards are met. Looking specifically for a reliable, do it all painter. Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
- Apply paint, coatings, or finishes using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, or other methods
- Use hand tools and power tools to assist with surface preparation and finishing tasks
- Perform basic math calculations to measure areas and quantities required for painting Follow
- Assist in assembly or disassembly of components as part of the painting process
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure proper storage of tools and materials
Qualifications
- Knowledge of hand tools, power tools
- Ability to operate man lifts
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to assembly and finishing processes
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety standards and procedures
