In this position you are responsible for performing inbound and outbound calls for Service department, responding to customer emails, and working in conjunction with the Service teams.
Hours are Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5:00PM.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Book and confirm appointments for Service Inquiries
- Book and confirm appointments for vehicles requiring service
- Contact customers when parts have arrived and book in for service
- Maintain daily logs and spreadsheets as required
- Make outbound calls in the BDC to fill appointments
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Automotive and PBS experience is an asset.
