About the Position
Miss Moppers Cleaning Ltd. is looking for reliable, detail-oriented Airbnb & Short-Term Rental Cleaners to join our growing team in Canmore, Alberta. This position is responsible for cleaning and preparing short-term rental properties to a high standard between guest checkouts and check-ins. Cleaners must be efficient, dependable, and take genuine pride in their work. We service some of Canmore's most well-known STR complexes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform turnover cleaning for Airbnb and short-term rental properties across Canmore and the Bow Valley
- Clean and sanitize all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living areas to company standards
- Make beds with fresh linens and stage towels and amenities to hotel standards
- Restock guest supplies from owner storage at each turnover
- Report damages, maintenance issues and supply shortages
- Take and submit required completion photos after each clean
- Follow unit-specific checklists, SOPs and staging instructions
- Ensure units are fully guest-ready before check-in deadlines
- Assist with on-site or off-site laundry when required
Mandatory Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties in Canmore and the Bow Valley
- Have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Availability
- Available to work weekends
- Flexible availability during peak tourism and holiday seasons
- Ability to accept same-day or short-notice assignments when needed
Performance Expectations
- Ability to clean and prepare 2–3 STR units per day while maintaining quality standards
- Consistently meet guest check-in deadlines
- Maintain a high attention to detail and cleanliness at every property
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures and client-specific requirements
- Communicate proactively with the team throughout the day
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional hotel, resort or Airbnb cleaning experience
- Experience using cleaning checklists and photo inspection systems
- Knowledge of stain removal, linen handling and property staging
