Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Service Technician to join our growing team. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing automated car wash equipment at customer sites throughtout Edmonton and the surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair automated car wash equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues
- Respond to work order requests in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service and repairs
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in mechanical, low-voltage electrical, or plumbing necessary
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle a physically demanding workload in a safe manner
- Clean driving abstract
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
