We’re growing and looking for a skilled, passionate HVAC Technician (313D + G2) to join our crew. Someone who takes pride in their craft, loves solving problems for homeowners, and wants to be part of a team that feels like family.
- Perform expert service, repairs, installations, and maintenance on residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Work with gas appliances and equipment (your G2 ticket shines here!)
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Install and service pool heaters (big bonus if you have experience!)
- Support our landscape division with related HVAC/heat pump work when needed
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience — our clients rave about how friendly and knowledgeable our team is
We work on a wide variety of systems, so if you’re familiar with pretty much everything residential, you’ll fit right in.
- Valid 313D (Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic) and G2 Gas Technician tickets (required)
- Clean driver’s abstract and reliable vehicle (we provide company vans for most techs)
- Strong technical skills across HVAC, gas, and related systems
- Pool heater and/or landscape experience is a huge asset
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset
- Pride in doing quality work and taking care of customers
