About the Role
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Insurance Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying client needs and offering tailored insurance solutions, for property, automobile, and other coverage options. Your primary goal is to build lasting client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate products
- Present and explain insurance policies and options to clients in a clear, concise manner
- Prepare and deliver customized insurance quotes
- Close sales and process applications accurately and efficiently
- Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and regulatory changes
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a similar customer-facing sales role
- Strong understanding of insurance products and markets is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer skills
- Valid RIBO license or willingness to obtain one
