We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Material Control Assistant to support our production operations. In this role, you will be responsible for controlling a high volume of materials used in daily production, ensuring accurate inventory levels, timely material movement, and proper recordkeeping. The ideal candidate has experience with ERP systems, understands material management processes, and can work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment. The ability to speak and read Chinese is an asset.
Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping documents

Organize and store raw materials, components, and finished goods in designated locations

Control and monitor material flow to support production requirements

Issue materials to production accurately and on time

Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system

Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts

Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate shortages, overages, or damaged materials

Coordinate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to ensure material availability

Track stock movements, material usage, and replenishment needs

Ensure materials are properly labeled, handled, and stored

Support shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties as required

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous experience in warehouse, inventory control, or material control in a production or manufacturing environment

Experience using ERP systems for inventory transactions and material tracking

Good understanding of material management, inventory control, and stock movement processes

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift up to [X lbs/kg] and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
