The Vibe:
Just finished business school and ready to actually sell something?
We’re looking for someone who’s confident, organized, and excited to get out there and pitch, sell, and grow the business. This role is perfect for a business grad who wants real experience in sales and business development, not just sitting behind a screen.
You’ll work directly with the founders to help get Clink into more stores, restaurants, and venues. A big part of this role is reaching out to new accounts, starting conversations, and turning those into real partnerships.
Some days you’ll be building lists and doing outreach, some days you’ll be pitching accounts, and some days you’ll be in-store or at events helping drive sales.
If you like the idea of being on the front lines of growing a brand, this might be your thing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identify, research, and build lists of high-potential retail and hospitality accounts in the Alberta market
- Reach out to decision-makers via email, phone, and in-person visits
- Pitch Clink to buyers, managers, and venue owners; move conversations from first contact to partnership
- Support onboarding of new accounts so they are set up to sell
- Work in-store and at events to drive product sell-through
- Track outreach, pipeline, and wins in a CRM or sales tracker
- Work directly with the founders on sales strategy and weekly targets
Who we are looking for:
- Are a recent graduate from a business, marketing or related program (in the last 1-4 years)
- Based in Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta, with reliable transportation to attend in-person meetings, store visits, and events regularly
- Some prior experience in liquor sales, hospitality, retail, or events
- Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and consistent follow-up
- Organized, competitive, and motivated by results and revenue
- Outgoing and confident in face-to-face conversations
Bonus Points If You:
- Experience in CPG, beverages, or food service
- A network or familiarity with the Alberta hospitality or retail scene
The Details:
- Flexible full-time hours (usually Mon-Fri unless there are events)
- Pay based on experience, plus performance bonus
- Remote admin work is fine, but this role is primarily field-based
How to Apply:
Send us a quick intro. No need for a fancy cover letter, just tell us why this role interests you and drop your resume, LinkedIn, or anything else that shows who you are.
We're building a brand around real connection, community, and good taste.
If that sounds like your kind of vibe… let’s clink to that.
