We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cellphone Technician & Sales Representative to join our growing cellphone store! If you enjoy working with technology, helping customers, and repairing smartphones, this could be the perfect job for you.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose and repair smartphones (screen replacements, battery changes, charging ports, etc.)
- Sell new and used phones, accessories, and service plans
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support
- Answer customer questions and recommend suitable products
- Maintain a clean and organized store and repair area
- Handle basic inventory and transactions
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1 year of Sales experience is required
- 1 year of phone & Laptop repair experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Advance knowledge of smartphones (iPhone, Samsung, Android, etc.)
- Honest, punctual, and dependable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be Ottawa Resident. (No Overseas Applicants Please)
