STAR Employment is currently hiring experienced BZ Bus Drivers for our client in Toronto, Ontario. We are looking for reliable, professional, and safety-focused drivers who have a strong background in passenger transportation.
Position Details
Job Title: BZ Bus Driver
Location: Toronto, ON
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Pay Rate: $23-26(depends)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and drive the assigned bus while transporting passengers.
- Follow all MTO regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Ensure the bus is maintained in a clean, safe, and roadworthy condition.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to passengers.
- Report any vehicle defects, incidents, delays, or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently.
- Handle passengers and unexpected situations calmly and professionally.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario BZ Driver’s Licence – Mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of professional bus driving experience
- Clean and satisfactory driver’s abstract
- Strong knowledge of Toronto and GTA roads is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to passenger safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
