Cabinet Shop Production Worker / Assembler
G&H Cabinetry is looking for a reliable, hardworking shop employees to join our cabinet production team.
This is not a slow-paced position. We are a production-focused cabinet shop, and we expect employees to work with urgency, follow instructions, meet production expectations, and take pride in clean, accurate work.
We are looking for someone who wants steady work, shows up every day, stays off their phone, and is willing to be coached.
Job Duties
- Cabinet assembly
- Sanding and preparation
- Helping with CNC/edgebander-related production
- Organizing parts and materials
- Cleaning work areas throughout the day
- Following shop procedures and production instructions
- Helping other team members when needed
- Maintaining quality while working at an efficient pace
Requirements
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must have a valid G driver's licence
- Must have reliable personal transportation to and from work
- Must be willing to assist with cabinet installations and deliveries when required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Must be comfortable with performance expectations and production targets
- Must be available to work mandatory overtime of up to 2 hours per day when required
- Must be able to take feedback and continuously improve
- Must be physically able to stand, lift, carry, bend, and work with cabinet parts throughout the day
- Must keep work areas clean and organized
- Must be respectful, professional, and team-oriented
- Previous cabinetry, woodworking, assembly, CNC, edge banding, sanding, or installation experience is considered an asset

Schedule
Full-time position
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Mandatory overtime of up to 2 hours per day when required to meet production demands. Applicants must be available and willing to work overtime as needed.

Pay: $24.00-$31.00 per hour
