Robin Eye Window Cleaning Ltd. is hiring entry-level technicians who are ready to learn a skilled trade in exterior cleaning. We are a premium, fast-paced service company specializing in residential and commercial window cleaning, and we train the right people from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with residential and commercial window cleaning (interior & exterior)
- Work on ladders (up to 32 ft) and learn safe height practices
- Support senior technicians with:
- Screen cleaning and track detailing
- Equipment setup and teardown
- Water-fed pole systems
- Perform additional services such as:
- Gutter cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Maintain a clean, professional job site and strong customer experience
What We’re Looking For
- No experience required – we will train
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and dependable (this is critical)
- Good communication skills with team members and customers
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract
- Must have a working cell phone
What You’ll Get
- $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
- Full-time seasonal work (40–50 hours/week)
- Company vehicle provided (travel directly to job sites)
- Hands-on training with a clear path to advancement
- Opportunity to move into Level 2 and Level 3 roles
