CleanLine Collective is a startup in Edmonton focused on high-quality residential and commercial cleaning. We’re looking for a driven Cleaning Supervisor who wants more than just a job — someone excited to help build and grow a business from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and support cleaning staff on-site
- Perform cleaning duties to company standards when required
- Ensure quality control across all job sites
- Train and onboard new team members
- Coordinate daily schedules and job assignments
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during service delivery
· Prepare and deliver quotes for residential and commercial cleaning jobs
- Help identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue
Requirements
· Previous experience in cleaning (residential or commercial) required
- Supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable interacting with clients and preparing job quotes
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
· Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required)
