Located in beautiful downtown Hamilton, Strut Salon has been delivering exceptional hair since 2006 and is currently on the hunt for an accomplished and passionate Senior Hair Stylist to join the squad! You'll be surrounded by a team of supportive individuals who love to have fun while ensuring their clients strut out feeling and looking their best.
Our clientele is growing at a rapid pace and we need help keeping every client on the top of their game. That’s where you fit in- if you are an experienced Stylist who thrives on creating amazing styles, loves interacting with others and providing exceptional service, then we want to hear from you! This position is perfect for a stylist moving to Hamilton from another city, because clientele isn’t necessary! PLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR APPRENTICES.
Responsibilities would include;
- Providing full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, coloring and styling
- Maintain cleanliness of salon and your station
- Keep on top of what’s happening in hair
- Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner
- Collect payment for salon services performed
Job Qualifications
- High school completion/GED required
- Current Hair Stylist License
- 4+ years of cutting and coloring hair in a salon
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
