About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Project Managers to support a portfolio of initiatives within the healthcare sector. The successful candidates will work closely with Project Delivery Managers, technical teams, clinical stakeholders, and healthcare leaders to deliver complex technology-enabled transformation projects.
This role requires a strong combination of project leadership, stakeholder engagement, healthcare knowledge, and technical understanding of digital health environments.
Key Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight throughout the project lifecycle while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, stakeholder expectations, timelines, budgets, and business objectives.
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of assigned projects.
- Coordinate project activities and resources across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Provide direction, implementation oversight, execution management, and project closure activities.
- Ensure project objectives remain aligned with organizational commitments and strategic priorities.
Planning & Governance
- Develop and maintain:
- Comprehensive Project Plans
- Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Resource Plans
- Project Charters
- Communication Plans
- Risk Registers
- Decision Logs
- Project Status Reports
- Facilitate project kick-off sessions and ongoing governance meetings.
- Monitor project performance and report progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Risk & Change Management
- Develop and execute risk identification, mitigation, and contingency plans.
- Anticipate changes in project scope and proactively manage impacts.
- Escalate issues appropriately and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation and decision records.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, technical, and executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate consensus among competing stakeholder groups.
- Support organizational change management and user adoption activities.
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, and project meetings.
Project Delivery
- Work closely with healthcare organizations and project teams to support successful implementation of digital health initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across technical and business workstreams.
- Support transition-to-operations planning and project handover activities.
Mandatory Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Business Administration
- Information Technology
- Health Informatics
- Computer Science
- Healthcare Administration
- Or a related discipline
Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent Project Management designation is required.
Experience
- Minimum five (5) years of direct Project Management experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Experience developing and executing comprehensive project plans.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and reporting requirements.
- Experience working within both Agile and Traditional (Waterfall) project environments.
