Job Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Field Services Associate to join our team. This role requires efficiency, reliability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Clean short-term-, seasonal-, commercial- and residential properties in accordance with company standards and within the required timeframes (on an as-need basis).
- Fold, pack, and sort linens to support daily cleaning operations.
- Transport and collect totes to and from assigned units for cleaning.
- Deliver, restock, and remove linens and consumables during unit turnovers in coordination with Housekeeping and Operations teams.
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager and Supervisors to ensure all units are guest ready.
- Respond to and resolve basic maintenance requests, including minor plumbing, carpentry, appliance troubleshooting, lock and access problems as well as general repairs.
- Report and document missing items (e.g., fobs, parking passes), damages, and guest belongings left behind; coordinate secure storage and shipping of guest items as required
- Maintain clean, safe and organized storage, workspaces and equipment in compliance with company policies.
- Use company systems and mobile applications to log hours, track tasks, document issues, and coordinate turnover and maintenance requirements.
- Support special projects and additional operational initiatives as assigned.

- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit with the ability to lift and move equipment/supplies up to 50 lbs
- Flexible with scheduling - weekend availability is required
- Comfortable with communication and open to feedback
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation is required

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
