Position: MarTech Specialist Salesforce Marketing Cloud

This job posting is for an existing, active vacancy and we are looking to hire a MarTech Specialist with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud professional who can design, develop, and support end-to-end marketing technology solutions, including campaign execution, data modeling, automation, and platform administration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business requirements and recommend appropriate SFMC solutions and architecture
- Design and implement email, SMS, and push campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
- Build and manage data models including Data Extensions, Contact Builder, and segmentation strategies
- Develop marketing assets using SQL, AMPScript, SSJS, and APIs (REST/SOAP)
- Configure automations, triggered sends, and cross-channel communication workflows
- Implement data integrations including imports, exports, SFTP, and Marketing Cloud Connect
- Create reporting and analytics using Datorama or data views for performance tracking
- Build CloudPages, preference centers, and dynamic personalized content
- Troubleshoot platform issues and ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns
- Manage subscriber lifecycle including subscription, unsubscribe, and data compliance
- Support governance, deliverability, and compliance (CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Administer SFMC environment including users, roles, permissions, and business units
Qualifications & Skills :
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder)
- Strong development skills in SQL, AMPScript, SSJS, and API integrations
- Experience designing data architecture and segmentation strategies
- Knowledge of email deliverability, sender authentication, and compliance standards
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect and integration frameworks (API, FTP)
- Ability to build personalized, dynamic marketing campaigns and assets
- Strong understanding of analytics, reporting, and campaign optimization
- Experience in SFMC administration including account setup, permissions, and monitoring
- Familiarity with tools such as Postman and Salesforce ecosystem integrations
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Developer, Consultant, or Administrator preferred
