Travel: Required throughout the Okanagan, BC interior (Fernie, Invermere, Revelstoke) and occasional travel to Alberta

Role Summary
We are looking for a driven and relationship‑focused Regional Sales Consultant to own and grow our presence in the Okanagan region. This role is ideal for a sales professional who thrives in a local market, enjoys face‑to‑face relationship building, and wants the autonomy to grow a territory while being supported by a strong head office team in Calgary, Alberta.
You will be the face of Lux Windows in the Okanagan - developing new business, deepening relationships with builders and industry partners, and actively engaging in the local construction community.
What You’ll Do:
Sales & Market Growth
- Drive regional growth through proactive prospecting and development of new and existing client accounts
- Identify new builders, developers, and opportunities aligned with Lux’s strategic goals
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network to gather market intelligence and stay ahead of competitors
- Maintain CRM (Salesforce) as the primary touchpoint for delivering a truly exceptional Lux Windows client experience
- Follow up on leads and actively pursue new sales opportunities
Client & Relationship Management
- Build long‑term, trusted relationships with builders, contractors, and project teams
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, project needs, and timelines
- Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries, quotes, and concerns
- Entertain clients through site visits, showroom tours, lunches, sporting events, and industry functions
Technical Sales & Quoting
- Develop strong product knowledge across all Lux Windows offerings
- Quote small and large‑scale projects using blueprints, window schedules, and material lists
- Prepare and deliver product presentations through showroom and site visits
- Review all orders for accuracy prior to submission
- Complete sales transactions and required documentation, including payments
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Actively Share market feedback, trends, and competitive insights through CRM and Sales meeting Engagement
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a role model for Lux Windows’ core values, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and accountability while representing the brand internally and externally
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant industry experience
- Minimum 2+ years in a similar outside or field‑based sales role
- Knowledge of the residential building industry and/or fenestration is a strong asset
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints
- Proven success in consultative selling and client relationship management
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint); experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred
Territory & Community Involvement
- Must reside in Kelowna, BC or the immediate surrounding area
- Actively involved in the local residential building community, including participation in events such as BILD industry functions, trade shows, networking opportunities, and committee involvement where appropriate
- Regular travel throughout the Okanagan to support clients, prospects, and job sites
- Occasional travel to Alberta for training, sales meetings, and collaboration with head office
- Maintain strong visibility, responsiveness, and professional presence as the regional Lux Windows representative
