About the Role
As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you'll play a critical role in creating an exceptional service experience. You'll work closely with clients, technicians, vendors, and fleet partners to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and answer incoming calls professionally
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate daily workflow
- Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, and vehicle updates
- Create and manage repair orders and accurate client records
- Process invoices and payments
- Coordinate fleet approvals and billing
- Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate communication
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from vehicle drop-off to pick-up
What We're Looking For
- Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
- Automotive industry experience required
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
- Experience with fleet management companies and billing procedures is an asset
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computer systems and shop management software
- Experience with Tekmetric is an asset
- Valid driver's licence
