Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Subprime Manager to join our dynamic team within the financial services sector. Responsibilities
- Support the management of subprime loan portfolios, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Engage with dealership partners and customers to facilitate loan approvals and address inquiries
- Assist in analyzing financial documents and assessing borrower creditworthiness using mathematical and analytical skills
- Negotiate terms with clients and dealerships to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with senior managers to develop strategies for expanding the subprime lending segment
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, communications, and loan documentation
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in subprime lending
Requirements
- Experience or background in financial services or dealership operations is preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor
- Proven sales aptitude and the ability to meet or exceed targets
- Solid math skills for analyzing financial data and calculating loan parameters
- Knowledge of the automotive industry or dealership environment is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively
