About the Role:
As a Client Success & Mortgage Support Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our clients and internal team from onboarding through to post-closing. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional client experience, enhancing communication workflows, and supporting administrative functions across the firm. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused—looking to gain hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate finance industry in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:
· Act as a primary point of contact for client communications
· Coordinate and enhance the client onboarding and post-closing experience
· Manage the preparation and distribution of post-closing packages and gifts
· Assist in organizing and preparing mortgage documentation
· Schedule internal and external meetings for partners and clients
· Maintain organized digital files and update CRM systems with client and deal information
· Track pending items and follow up on outstanding tasks for origination and underwriting teams
· Prepare checklists, client memos, and internal summaries
· Monitor deadlines to ensure timely submissions
· Handle inbound inquiries and appropriately direct communication
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail
· Support the Managing Partners by coordinating communications and ensuring timely follow-ups
· Provide backup support to the Administrative Assistant
· Perform additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience in real estate, mortgage or finance related positions
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
· Comfortable learning industry-specific software and CRM systems (training provided)
· Excellent written and verbal communication with a focus on strong phone mannerisms
· Professional, client-focused telephone etiquette
· Interest in real estate, finance, or lending would be an asset
