Your Role
As a Foreman Cleaning Technician, your role is to:
- Baffle our clients with the quality of service provided, leaving them with no words.
- Be a cheerleader for your team and help create a positive, supportive work environment.
You will be responsible for driving to and from all assigned jobs and providing high-quality cleaning services in both residential and commercial environments. Strong communication skills are essential, and you must be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
The Foreman acts as the bridge between our office team and our Cleaning Professionals. You play an essential role in keeping communication open, supporting the team, and ensuring our high standards of quality are consistently maintained.
The Foreman is also responsible for assisting the Office Manager in finding solutions when challenges arise, including team concerns, unhappiness, policy issues, conflict, or other general issues affecting our Cleaning Professionals.
Because team members will work with you directly, you must be responsible, dependable, and reliable. The ultimate goal of this position is to help the business run smoothly for both our team members and our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
- Leaving every job in better condition than it was found upon arrival
- Securing homes before leaving, including locking doors and windows, setting alarms, and ensuring pets do not get out
- Attending and participating in meetings as recommended by the Corporation and/or Management
- Working in a safe and responsible manner
- Providing your own transportation to and from cleaning jobs
- Adhering to the company dress code
- Learning and using multiple apps required for the position
- Understanding and following cleaning checklists for all types of cleans
Reporting Relationship
As a Foreman Cleaning Technician with Simply Spotless Cleaning Company, you will report to your Foreman/Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements
Applicants must have:
- WHMIS 2015
- A current Criminal Record Check
- A registered personal vehicle
- A valid Driver’s Licence
- A smartphone with data
- Good physical health, as this is a physically demanding position
Hours of Work & Wage
Job Type: Full-time
Wage: Starting at minimum wage during training and increasing to $18.00 per hour once training is successfully completed.
There is also an opportunity to receive benefits once eligibility requirements are met.
