1. JOB PURPOSE:
As a member of Dent Clinic’s production team, the Paint Dent Repair (PDR) Technician is a key member of the PDR department. Working closely with the production team, the PDR Technician ensures customer vehicles are repaired efficiently, with the highest quality of service and execution, giving customers the “wow” reaction when they pick up their vehicle.

- Perform high-quality paintless dent repairs on customer vehicles.
- Assess vehicle damage and determine repair strategies.
- Maintain repair quality standards and productivity targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through excellent workmanship.
- Work collaboratively with the production team while working independently on individual work orders

5. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
EDUCATION
High School Diploma
Vale Certified PDR Technician considered an asset
EXPERIENCE
Experience in PDR, specifically repairing hail damage and challenging large dents
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Continuous improvement mentality with the eagerness to learn and grow
Problem solving and thinking outside the box abilities
Strong verbal and written communication
Valid class 5 drivers license with a clean driving record
Pay: From $4,000.00 per month
