Overview
Northern Strength Academy (NSA) is a growing sport performance and sports science facility working with everyone from general population clients to elite and professional athletes.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and creative individual to manage lead flow, client communication, marketing initiatives, and digital systems that support the growth of NSA. This is primarily an in-person position based in Whitehorse, Yukon, with some flexibility for remote work. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys both marketing and operations and wants to be part of a high-performance training environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage inquiries through email, social media, Kilo, and GLM
- Respond to new leads within 24 hours and coordinate coach follow-up
- Process membership requests, account updates, and client support inquiries
- Create and publish social media posts, stories, reels, graphics, and promotional materials
- Develop athlete spotlights, testimonials, newsletters, and email campaigns
- Build and maintain automations, workflows, forms, pipelines, and customer journeys within Kilo and GLM
- Update website content, landing pages, schedules, and program information
- Support program launches, seasonal promotions, challenges, and special projects
- Assist with in-gym signage, promotions, events, and content collection
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Comfortable using Canva and basic marketing tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience with CRM, email marketing, website management, or automation platforms is an asset
- Interest in sports, fitness, and athlete development is preferred

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
