Server (Full-Time / Part-Time)
New Restaurant Opening – Vancouver, BC (Denman Street)
We are opening a new restaurant built on discipline, precision, and uncompromising standards.
This is not a casual service role.
This is a position for individuals who take pride in execution, who understand that details matter, and who are willing to be held to a higher level of accountability.
We are building a team from the ground up — one that moves with intention, communicates clearly, and delivers consistency every service.
Compensation
- Starting at $17.85/hour + tips
- Wage increase to $18.25/hour effective June 2026
- Structured tip pool across the team
- Growth-based wage progression

Requirements
- Serve It Right certification (required)
- FoodSafe Level 1
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems

- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining professionalism
- Basic wine and cocktail knowledge is expected. A willingness to learn at a higher level is required.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering a complete dining experience — not just taking orders, but controlling pace, reading the table, and maintaining standards throughout service.
You will work closely with both front and back of house.
You will support the team when needed — without being asked.
You will represent the restaurant in every interaction.
