Duties
- Operate sterilization equipment such as autoclaves, sterilizers, and washers according to established protocols.
- Properly clean, disinfect, and package medical instruments and devices for sterilization.
- Monitor sterilization cycles and document process parameters accurately.
- Inspect instruments for damage or contamination before sterilization procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of sterilization processes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all sterilization procedures adhere to safety guidelines and infection control standards.
- Assist with inventory management of supplies and ensure proper storage conditions.
- Follow all clinic policies related to infection control and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Prior experience or training in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not necessary
- Knowledge of medical terminology is highly desirable to accurately interpret instructions and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure proper sterilization processes.
- Ability to follow strict safety guidelines and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Good communication skills for effective collaboration with clinical staff.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Pay: $17.20-$25.40 per hour
