About The Role
Smart Start Auto is actively looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing dealership. We are looking for exceptional finance professionals who take pride in their communication skills, building clean structural deals, and getting approvals done.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Structuring and submitting automotive finance deals (prime & non-prime)
- Dealership experience (Required)
- Reading credit bureaus strategically and identifying approval paths
- Building and maintaining strong lender relationships
- Presenting finance and protection products professionally
- Maximizing gross while maintaining compliance
- Managing stips, funding, and follow-up with precision
- Supporting the sales team and keeping momentum strong
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Finance Manager
- Sharp eye for detail and numbers
- Positive, go-getter attitude
- High energy and strong time commitment
- Strong understanding of the sales side of auto financing
- Fluent in “lender lingo” and customer comfort
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
- Comfortable with CRMs, digital tools, and computer systems
- Team-first mindset
