We are looking for reliable and experienced Landscaping Labourers to join our awesome client in Ottawa's south end for landscaping and general labour work at job sites throughout the city. Opportunities with this client include rolling our erosion control matting and working outdoors in high-paced environments.
The work is temporary/seasonal to cover our client's busy season.
Key job responsibilities:
- Ability to work with your hands
- Rolling out and securing erosion control matting
- Moving rocks, debris, and other materials as required
- Loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Assist with site setup, cleanup, and equipment handling as required
In this job you must:
- G2 Driver's license and access to your own vehicle
- Provide your own CSA-approved steel toe boots
- Willingness to work in a variety of environmental conditions (dusty/dirty, indoors/ outdoors, hot/ cold)
- Be able to carry 50+ lbs for long periods of time
- Ability to work for extended periods of time
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Have problem-solving and organizational skills
