Epic Cycles is one of Canada's fastest-growing powersports and electric motorcycle companies. We specialize in electric motorcycles, dirt bikes, e-bikes, scooters, Onewheels, and premium riding gear. We are looking for an experienced, motivated Motorcycle Mechanic who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnose, service, and repair motorcycles, electric motorcycles, dirt bikes, and e-bikes.
- Perform scheduled maintenance including brakes, suspension, drivetrains, bearings, tires, and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
- Assemble and prepare new units for customer delivery.
- Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Test ride units when appropriate to verify repairs and performance.
- Maintain accurate service records and work orders.
- Communicate repair recommendations and timelines with the service team.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop.
- Work closely with service advisors and other technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a motorcycle mechanic, powersports technician, or similar role.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Experience working on gas-powered motorcycles and/or electric motorcycles is an asset.
- Comfortable using diagnostic equipment and service manuals.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Valid driver's licence (motorcycle licence is an asset).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Experience with electric motorcycles and e-motos (Surron, Talaria, E Ride Pro, etc.)
- Suspension setup and servicing.
- Wheel building.
- Controller, motor, and battery diagnostics.
- Experience with bicycle or e-bike repairs.
