Reporting to the Landscape Foreman, Landscape Labourers play an important role in supporting lawn maintenance, landscape installation, and site restoration projects. This is a physically active, outdoor position suited for individuals who enjoy teamwork and seeing the results of their work come to life.
How You’ll Add Value

Actively contribute to the safety culture, promoting a safe and productive work environment

Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and clean-up

Assist with landscape installation such as topsoil placement, sod laying, seeding, planting, and mulching

Support site restoration activities following utility or construction work

Operate small tools and equipment such as trimmers, blowers, compactors, and hand tools

Load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
-
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
-
Follow direction from Foremen and Lead Hands to ensure quality standards are met

Work safely around equipment and other crew members
-
Assist with daily equipment cleaning and basic maintenance
What You Bring

1+ years of landscape construction
-
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs in various weather conditions
-
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a Driver’s Abstract showing no more than 6 demerits and no major infractions
Note: Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol testing will be required
