What You'll Do
As Branch Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the success of our Trail branch by:
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing your team
- Driving TELUS sales performance and achieving branch goals
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Managing inventory, scheduling, and retail standards
- Maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant workplace
- Building strong relationships within the local community
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has leadership or retail management experience
- Is passionate about customer service and team success
- Has excellent communication and people skills
- Is organized, proactive, and solutions-focused
- Can motivate others to achieve results
- Holds a valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
Experience in telecommunications is considered an asset but is not required. Leadership, attitude, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
