Previous hands-on experience (school, shop, or co-op) supporting welding or mechanical maintenance activities in a plant or industrial environment (e.g., mills, processing plants, or similar).

Exposure to inspecting and assisting with repairs on fixed plant equipment (chutes, piping, structural components), with a focus on safety procedures and quality standards.

Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.

Experience with high-pressure welding and structural fabrication.

Ability to weld in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead).

Familiarity with working at heights and in confined spaces.

Valid Class 5 driver’s license and ability to work in a remote mining environment.

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary Range: $90,585 - $107,000 + Bonus
